 Delivery Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan.
• Delivery Charges: Flat shipping rate of Rs. XXX (or Free Delivery on orders above Rs. XXXX).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

 Return & Exchange Policy

At Marvelous, we care about your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product was damaged, wrong, or defective).
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Please check your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with pictures.
